License Agreement

(Single-User Products)

This is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or an entity) and Lightning Bolt Computers. By opening, or installing, the software

you are in agreement to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, promptly return the unopened

software packet(s) and the accompanying items (including written materials and binders or other containers) to the place you obtained them

for full refund. DO NOT INSTALL THE SOFTWARE IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

Lightning Bolt Computers. SOFTWARE LICENSE

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Lightning Bolt Computers grants to you the right to use one copy of the enclosed software program on a single

computer. The software is in use on a computer when it is loaded into temporary memory or installed into permanent memory of that computer.

2. COPYRIGHT. The software is owned by Lightning Bolt Computers or its suppliers and is protected by the United States copyright laws

and international treaty provisions, You may not copy the written materials included with this software.

3. DUAL MEDIA SOFTWARE. If the software package contains both 3.5" and 5.25" disks, then you may use only the disks appropriate

for your single-user computer.

4. RESTRICTIONS. You may not rent or lease the software, but you may transfer the software and accompanying materials and disks. You

may not reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software.

Limited Warranty

Lightning Bolt Computers. warrants that the software will perform in accordance with the accompanying written materials and any hardware

(disks) will be free from defects for a period of 30 days.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES. Lightning Bolt Computers and its suppliers entire liabilities shall be either:

1) return of purchase price

2) repair or replace software

This limited warranty is void if failure of software has resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication.

No other warranties are implied or expressed, including, but not limited to implied merchantability and fitness for a particular use.

No liability for consequential damage. In no event shall Lightning Bolt Computers or its suppliers be liable for any damage whatsoever from

the use or inability to use this product. This includes loss of business, business interruption, loss of business information or any other pecuniary

loss.
